Youth Artists at Merge Music

Merge Music supports emerging young musicians across the Northern Rivers through performance opportunities, showcases and our Youth Artist Promotion platform.

We help young performers build confidence, gain live performance experience and connect with real audiences. Solo artists, bands and singer-songwriters can apply to join the Merge Music Youth Artist network and be considered for showcases.

Merge Music is creating a pathway for young musicians to grow from learning and practice into real performance opportunities.

Young artists may begin through lessons or workshops and then progress into live performances, youth showcases and community events.

Who Can Apply

Young musicians aged approximately 12–21 across the Northern Rivers are welcome to apply.

We welcome solo artists, bands, singer-songwriters and emerging performers who are ready to gain live performance experience.
